Associates

Shawn Klitch (KBI and Associates LLC) is a retired Corporal (27 years) from the Idaho State Police. Shawn received a Master Patrol Certificate and has received over 270 hours of training in advanced collision Investigation. Shawn is trained in the Reid interview technique and is a very skilled followup investigator.
Kevin Fugate, (Crossroads Collision and Consulting LLC) is an ACTAR accredited (2481) Collision Reconstructionist, a licensed sUAS pilot and a CVSA Level 1 truck inspector.  Kevin holds a Bachelors of Science Degree  from Western Oregon University.
William Bush, (Air Insight Consulting LLC) is an ACTAR accredited (2825) Collision Reconstructionist, a licensed sUAS pilot, and an CVSA Level 1 truck inspector. William is certified with Pix4D software to produce to scale 3D models of a collision scene.  Billy holds a Bachelors of Science Degree from Western Oregon University.
